Sometimes, the Texas "standard" visitation and/or child support is not appropriate for a case.  Mr. Anderson works diligently to define the client's goals and then works to obtain relief, even if it is beyond what is "standard" for Texas.  Mr. Anderson will explain the fundamental differences of conservatorship and possession / visitation to you along with the legal implications.  Finally, these explanations will empower you to be an informed parent, so that you can continue to parent your child during the litigation.
