Per the Tarrant County Shelter In Place Order, our firm is mainly working remotely. The courts are limiting operations to essential functions. Most all other hearings are being continued until people can safely go to court.
For the near future, family law orders may be difficult to obtain unless there is an emergency. When the courts resume normal operations, there will likely be a massive backlog of work.
Matters involving private judges may go forward by video or telephone conferences per agreement of the parties and counsel.
